March 30-Day's Of Yes Challenge


March is the perfect time when our bodies start to crave a Spring seasonal shift! Shaking off the Winter dust and all that comes with it. Our energy is ready for a recommitment to habits that make us feel our best, as we welcome the warm months ahead!

I’m inviting you to commit to this 30-day YES challenge with me! At the root of the commitment it’s saying YES to a few specific "great for you” things everyday for the month of March.

Within that commitment you build your intensity of what you are doing daily. The challenge focuses on MOVEMENT, NUTRITION and MINDSET! There will be 2 packages available.

Package One- $50

  • EVERYDAY rain or shine you walk or run outside. Suggestion is 20+ minutes

  • EVERYDAY you complete the move of the day (5ish min) video that I provide for you in our private group.

  • EVERYDAY you eat whole, real foods.

  • 3+ times a week you complete a 30+ minute strength/stretch intentional workout.

  • You scroll for 30 min or less daily and you add in 30+ minutes of reading, listening to podcast, crafting, doing a puzzle, cleaning out and organizing, breathwork, meditation daily

What support you receive with your commitment:

  • Private Instagram accountability group. This is where I will post the move of the day, recipes, motivation, tips, answer questions and more.

  • You will receive 30 days of whole food guide. This will consist or example meals plans, snacks, recipes, food prep ideas, what foods to leave out and more.

  • You will receive an accountability guide. This will include a planning calendar, tracker for daily accomplishments, book and podcast suggestions, journal prompts and more.

  • 2 LIVE virtual workouts included with me 5:15-6am on any Tuesday or Thursday throughout the month of March. ($30 value)

Package Two- $170

Includes EVERYTHING in package one, plus the 10-day cleanse supplements and cleanse guide. My suggestion would be to start your month with the 10- day cleanse, plus everything else bulleted above and then move into the whole food plan for the remaining 20 days.
