LM EARLY BIRD BLEND

CLASS TYPE:

Mat blend is open to all fitness levels. The workout will be thoughtful, intentional which also means it will be challenging . There will be modifications as well as elevations available throughout the class to make this a fit for all levels.

Classes will be a combination of strength, mobility, endurance and stretch. Some days we will move faster and some a little slower. However there will be no impact or cardio in these.

There will be stripped down back to basic series as well as creative flows! 

EQUIPMENT:

A range of weights from 3lb-10lb, yoga block, pilates ball or a playground type squish ball and a resistance band. If I add any other props there will always be a bodyweight version.

In the email simply write: THE DATE of the class you want to join and PAID VENMO

EXAMPLE: 10/7- Paid Venmo

I will then send the link of the workout by 9pm the night before the scheduled class as a reply to your email.

You have until 5am the morning of the schedule class to sign up. If you sign up after 5am I will not be checking my email as I will be preparing to teach and a workout link will NOT be sent.

PAYMENT: $15.00

Venmo Preferred- reach out to arrange other payment if necessary.

Payment must be made before workout link is sent. Payments are non-refundable, no exceptions. SO if you are not sure if you are going to press snooze or not :) …wait till the morning (before 5am) to sign up.
